Danger

I met a man with darkness

So I let him lay me down

The quiver he was given

full of broken intentions

I can smell he’s been out hunting

the wild beast inside his heart

So I let him kiss me deeper

A land of broken arrows

shot by men with no name

for a God who claims only one

Bodies dismembered

 that hold no sacrament

for her resurrection from imposed sin

He has a basket full of tools

made weapons by his mind

So I let him hold my bosom

I whisper a thousand names in his ear

Until his fervent sword wields Life

upon fertile lands again.
